This past weekend I went up to Spokane and Matt and I spent most of our time looking at houses. We plan to start considering houses the first of April, unless something fantastic comes up before then. We have specific requirements for square footage, air conditioning, and lot size, but other than that, we are relatively open minded.
We expressed our desire to have a large lot, or even some acreage to our realtor, and so he took us out to some of the more remote neighborhoods that fit this criteria. Although there weren't any houses in our price range that we got really excited about, we do feel optimistic that the market will begin to pick up in the next two months, and something great will show up!
We meant to take pictures, but never got around to it!! I did get to see Matt's office and labs for the first time, though, and that was fun.
We will keep you posted on anything newsworthy!
